With a sharp eye for the building’s original architectural elements, we have endeavored to maintain historical continuity throughout the structure while incorporating contemporary amenities to benefit both the tenants and the community. The building’s detailed brick edifice and Mansard roof have been rebuilt, presenting a stately street presence. Additionally, the interior has presented many opportunities to be sensitive to the historic character of the hotel. The stair tower and elevator are similar to the original, both in scale and material, while the second floor maintains original exposed brick. Original material from the building has been re-used where feasible. Tenants may make use of the underground parking deck and its attached private elevator, while the rear parking area will be available for private lease.
