Collaboration

Domokur & Associates worked with Keystone Camp to help explore preliminary Master Plan development and expansion opportunities. Subsequently, we were invited to provide architectural services for the design of a new three-level Administration Office Building that was completed in 2016. Since then, we have provided design services for a cabin and boathouse project.

Results

The new Administration Office Building included a staff lounge and break room on the lower level, a reception, common area, offices, restrooms, kitchenette, conference room, and storage areas on the main level, and staff quarters on the upper level. Taking advantage of the site’s topography, all three levels were able to have exterior access, which was important to the function of the spaces. We have developed a close relationship with the Camp over the years, and are viewed as a strong ally in delivering projects within budget, schedule, and design aesthetic.
